Daniel Espinosa

With a background in production design on film and video, then furniture design, I directed my creative energy into real estate development. 

After many years re-imagining homes, I learned that when done right, good designs, well executed, must provide joy to last for a very long time.  A home is a retreat from the outside world... it becomes the inside world that you share with family and friends.  Nothing is more important to me than getting it right.

On a personal note, I'm a vintage car collector and owner of a Porsche Race Team "Carrus Callas Motor Sports"currently on the 2022 circuit.  

I share and enjoy my California life with my beautiful wife Karin, our kids and pets in the Pacific Palisades.
